The purpose of the initial site survey is to document the current system and identify potential problem areas. This survey also includes but is not limited to: review of account system logs, review of file structure and deployment of system, documentation of critical system passwords, and documentation of all known system customizations and review of current backup procedures.
With our Help Desk support, you will have access to experienced consultants with years of experience working with the selected software. A quick initial call may lead to a more extensive diagnostic call, where our technical staff gathers all the information necessary to troubleshoot the problem you are having.
And, as long as the software publisher releases future updates to your software, we will manage upgrading your system(s) with minimal, if any, downtime to your business operations.
One of the more important component of our agreements is the availability of the Annual Roadmap Meeting, where you and your team meet with your WAC Solution Partner and their staff to ensure your business operations are in line with your business plan, from a technology standpoint. Helping you to plan for the future may indeed be the most beneficial service of all.
