These agreements provide several options, allowing each business to choose the most appropriate level of support based on their current and anticipated needs.

The reason we are able to continue providing such extensive support and maintenance for Sage Pro ERP, despite the fact that the publisher, Sage Software, discontinued all further developing in March of 2014, is that the source code is available to us as a Sage Software Partners.
