Robert Distler, Founder & Managing Partner

Robert is the president and founder of WAC Solution Partners- New England, formerly WAC Consulting, Inc. He founded the company in 1987 after gaining valuable experience at several high-tech and industrial manufacturing companies, including EMC Corporation and Arthur Blank & Company. Although WAC’s early focus was on hardware and networking solutions, Robert quickly recognized the need for better information management tools for small- to mid-size businesses. This led him to focus the resources of WAC on selling and supporting Sage Software Solutions. Over the years, this vision has enabled Robert to assemble a team of dedicated professionals with broad experience in manufacturing, distribution, and consumer services.Robert holds a BA in Philosophy and a BS in Psychology from Michigan State University as well as an MBA from Northeastern University. He is also a Sage and SAP certified consultant and an APICS CPIM as well as a private pilot.

Mary Clark, Consultant

Mary brings a wealth of experience when she walks into a conference room to meet with new or existing clients. Prior to starting her own business in 1991, Mary served in different operational roles, such as a business analyst, systems analyst, and software programmer in the US and London at reputable manufacturing, engineering and construction firms.  Those roles included statistical and data analyst for sales, marketing, budgeting and financial operations. Roger Detzler, Consultant

Roger has been involved in nearly every facet of IT in his 30 years of experience. His background includes networking, telecom, software development, business process reengineering, database administration, security, quality control and project management. Roger was also a certified VFP developer and MCSE. He currently holds certification in Sage 300. Roger worked extensively with PRO both as a developer and as a user, using it to manage his first startup company.

Roger has industry knowledge in higher education, manufacturing, distribution, medical processing, retail, and insurance. Upon graduating Michigan State University Roger worked for 5 years at the University before taking a position with DRT Sytems ( a subsidiary of Deloitte & Touche) as a consultant. During this period he worked for several Global 1000 clients, and was eventually brought to Chicago to create a Medicaid processing facility for Deloitte & Touche. Roger left in 2000 as manager of the Boston and New York DRT offices to pursue his first startup as CTO of VSI LLC, a successful distribution company. Other startups followed but in 2013 Roger left the startup community to return to professional services with WAC.

Roger holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from MSU and currently lives in New Hampshire where he pursues his hobby of restoring automobiles.

Eleanor Vidos, Consultant

Eleanor has been an active accounting professional since 1989 with experience in the construction, public utilities and manufacturing industries.  With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Elmhurst College in Illinois, Eleanor specializes in the financial accounting areas of small to medium sized businesses.

She has been involved in helping many organizations transform manual systems to the technical world and has been a part of several implementations of a variety accounting software for small to mid-size companies. Eleanor also, provides a variety of services from general accounting, full service payroll, and individual and business tax returns.

Arlie Skory, Partner

Arlie Skory has been an authorized reseller of Abra since 1993. Her focus is on Sage HRMS (formerly Sage Abra HRMS) and complimentary products including Workforce Management and Performance Appraisal. Arlie was a Sage HRMS (formerly Sage Abra HRMS) software user for ten years before becoming a certified trainer and implementer. Michael Davidson, Consultant

Michael brings years of practical business experience as well as technical expertise with a variety of accounting software packages. He heads up product training and support services at the WAC Consulting Group Salt Lake City location. Michael recently completed Sage Certified Consultant course for Sage 300 Accpac.He started his career with the United States Army where he completed a 10 year enlistment. He left the Army as an E6 Staff Sergeant and M1 tank platoon sergeant. During this period he received advance computer and systems training from IBM and was crew trainer for advance computer simulation equipment. He additionally held advanced positions as Battalion S2 MI NCOIC, Unit Deployment NCO and Air Load Planner, East German Border Operations NCO, Company Training NCO and Company Master Gunner.After his military service he worked in his own business in Southern Utah in the hospitality industry. He was the CFO and part owner of the Bryce Valley Inn, The Hungry Coyote Restaurant and Bryce’s Treasures Gift shop located in Bryce Canyon National Park.
